Shipping & Returns

We take great care in preparing and delivering your order to ensure a smooth and luxurious experience.

We ship worldwide via PostNL (standard) and UPS Express (upgrade). PostNL – Netherlands €10 · EU €15 · International €30 UPS Express – Europe €30 · International €50 Orders above €300 qualify for free standard worldwide shipping.

Netherlands & Belgium (PostNL): 1 – 2 business days European Union: 3 – 7 business days (PostNL) · 1 – 2 days (UPS Express) Rest of World: 3 – 4 weeks (PostNL) · 3 – 5 days (UPS Express)

Orders placed before 17:00 on business days are usually dispatched the next day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

For items marked as “made to order” or “pre-order,” please allow 7 – 10 days for production before shipping. These orders ship immediately once ready.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all hygiene seals intact (including bundle ties and lace guards). Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side. Approved returns are refunded within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
