We work by appointment only. A 10-minute grace period applies for late arrivals.

- Hair Included: Braiding hair included in colors 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30. Other colors: please bring your own.
- Prep: Arrive with hair washed, detangled, and product-free (unless your service includes a wash).
- Payments: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash.
- Cancellations: Please cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
